In a case of christmas coming early, Lycia have made 33 tracks from the 1988 – 1990 period available for streaming and download(!) on their Soundcloud account. If you’re wondering why this windfall has appeared, VanPortfleet sheds some light:
“Early demos, lost songs and alternate versions by the band Lycia. Documenting the collaborations of Mike VanPortfleet and John Fair between November 1988 to May 1990. Raw, quickly recorded songs but pure to the initial spirit of the band.”
